Advertising and Promoting Certification Workshops

Distributors are encouraged to actively promote Hogan certification workshops through social media, distributor websites, and internal communications.

Important: All certification promotions must use the Hogan Authorized Distributor logo — not the main Hogan corporate logo.

Best Practices for Distributor Certification Registration Pages

To ensure a smooth user experience and drive higher registrations, distributors should create a dedicated registration page on their website for each certification workshop.

Best Practices for Registration Pages:

  • Include a sign-up button or form for easy registration.
  • List the workshop name(s).
  • Specify the exact certification dates and times (e.g., indicate if the workshop is in-person or virtual - If in-person, include the city).
  • Specify the language the workshop will be delivered in, if applicable.
  • Provide email address and/or phone number for inquiries.

Important:

  • Avoid relying solely on contact information (e.g., “email us to register”), as it can deter interested participants.
  • A clear sign-up button or form helps capture registrations more efficiently.

Hogan's Promotion of Distributor Workshops: All distributor workshop links on Hogan’s international workshops page should point directly to the distributor's registration page — not to a general website or contact form — to optimize the user experience and improve conversion rates.
