Section 5: Hogan Marketing Resources

Hogan provides distributors with a wide range of marketing resources to support brand growth and sales efforts. This section outlines how to access Hogan Hub, what materials are available, and how to request translations and co-branded materials.


Hogan Hub

Hogan Hub is the content repository for Hogan’s extended sales network.

  • Distributors have access to the full range of marketing materials provided through Hogan Hub.
  • Important: Resellers and direct clients of distributors do not have access to Hogan Hub content.

Hogan Hub Account Setup

To activate your Hogan Hub account:

  1. Visit hoganhub.com and click Register Account.
  2. Fill in the required registration fields.
  3. You will receive two emails:
  • First, a confirmation that your activation request has been received.
  • Then, a notification when your account is activated and ready for use.

4. Once logged in, you can access the Frequently Asked Questions section for a quick tutorial.

Available Marketing Materials

Materials for Broad Marketing Use

These resources can be used for public-facing marketing efforts:

  • Event banners
  • Case studies
  • Social media content
  • Blogs
  • Content offers on the Guides and Insights page on the Hogan website

Materials for Non-Public, Individual Sales Conversations

These materials are intended for private use with individual prospects and clients and should not be published publicly:

  • Product brochures
  • Certification brochures
  • PowerPoint decks
  • Competitor reviews (Note: If a specific competitor review is not available on Hogan Hub, please contact your Hogan consultant.)
  • Sample reports
  • White papers

Requesting Translations and Cobranding

Requesting Translations

Hogan Marketing uses Redokun, a translation management platform, for eligible marketing materials.

Translation Request Process:

1. Select the material you wish to translate.

  • Examples of marketing materials: Brochures, social media graphics, event banners.
  • Non-marketing materials (e.g., sample reports, technical documents) are handled separately by the Hogan Product team.

2. Email your Hogan consultant to request the translation project, providing the email address of your designated translator.

3. Hogan Marketing will:

  • Review if the requested document is eligible for translation.
  • If the document is eligible for translation, Hogan will set up the project in Redokun.
  • Invite your translator to complete the translation in the platform.

4. After translation:

  • Hogan Marketing will finalize formatting and send the translated material to you for final review.

Requesting Co-Branding

Distributors may request Hogan marketing materials to be co-branded with their company branding alongside the Authorized Distributor logo.

Materials Eligible for Co-Branding:

  • Brochures
  • Reports
  • Training materials
  • Event banners

Co-Branding Request Process:

  1. Select the material you want co-branded.
  2. Submit your request to Hogan Marketing.
  3. Hogan Marketing will review eligibility and, if approved, co-brand the material and return it to you for final review.
