Accessing and Sharing Hogan Videos
Hogan’s official videos are hosted on our YouTube and Vimeo channels.
- Distributors may not download, rehost, or modify Hogan videos.
- Instead, distributors are encouraged to link, embed, or repost Hogan videos directly from the official Hogan-hosted links.
- Upon request, Hogan Marketing can provide approved video files for offline use only for conferences or other live events.
Video Translation Guidelines
Hogan does not allow overdubbing of video voiceovers or embedding ("baking in") translated captions directly into video files. However, distributors may request translated closed captions for videos by following this process:
- Submit a translation request to Hogan Marketing, including the video URL and preferred translation language.
- Hogan Marketing will confirm if the requested video is eligible for translation.
- If the requested video is eligible for translation, Hogan Marketing will provide the English video script to your translator.
- Return the translated script to Hogan Marketing.
- Hogan will upload the translated captions (CC) to the hosted video and notify the distributor once it is available for public use.
This process ensures brand consistency and maintains video quality across languages.
